Hendrick Ranch HOA owns and operates a neighborhood wide irrigation system. Your Annual Dues pay to pump raw (non potable) water from the Town ditch to your yard. You are responsible for maintaining and operating your own sprinkler system. Our system runs generally from April 15th until October 15th annually. The Town of Carbondale owns the ditch water and controls its flow. Leaks on the main system will be repaired by the HOA. Leaks on your own system must be repaired by the homeowner.
